Default Engine Problem, 92 prelude with F22b

I was reccomended to this site from good friends, i know there is a lot of people in here that know about cars, i am unsure of what sensor ripped of from the engine. about a month ago I changed the clutch of my car and somewhere along the way when we were removing the transmission we pulled it to hard without noticing that there was a sensor attached to the engine, (its not from the trans to the engine, all the cable run trough the same line and just start splitting along the way), it ripped off so know i am trying to figure out what is wrong, the car takes forever to start it keeps chocking, and just acting weird. any help will be really appreciated, and yeah i bought the car with that cheep paint job.
located under the distributor on the left side of the engine

thanks

x2, and your hard to start is a definite symptom of a broken CTS. easy to fix, just wrap those threads in a little teflon tape, and if you use a socket to tighten, be VERY gentle and keep it level, or you'll break the connector off that one too.
