What do you guys think of this? I wouldn't go 3" for my B16, but I really like the look & sound of the N1.

 

i like it....sticks out too far though. someone on here has this set-up not 3 inch tho...can we get that pic?

That's what I'm getting for my civic, except it's gonna come out the right side. It'll look really good angled up a bit because I have these fake buddy club bumoers.

yeah, its custom. I was thinking about doin three inch, but Geoff at Full Race suggested better. He suggested the exhast cut out.

the workmanship on the pic's exhaust is very nice.

 

both of my crx's with apexi n1 80mm turbo muffler, and stainless steel 3in exhaust..

in other words coming out the right just like 94+ integras and civics?

 

heres mines tho. it is not th best exhaust, but its 2.25 aluminum piping.. catback done for $150 by a redneck that doesnt know jackshet about imports. so its good 4 me.

So you just weld the pipes together? Or what? How exactly do you bolt and hang the system under your car? I dont' have a welder at home....

 

well if you dont weld, then youd take it to someoone who could touch the hangers and stuff on. we provide them for you hangers, flange and gasket.

almost any muffler shop will do this
this also is good , cause it assures nothign rubs the heat sheild or bumper. a common problem on exhausts...

I like all of these exhaust's but I also think that if you wanted to gain even more horsepower all of these exhaust's have 5 or 6 more bends then you need.

I still to this day do not know why the crx cut out for the tip is on the other side of the car. Why do we need a sideways exhaust.

Like I said, I like all of the exhaust's shown above but I will have a custom pipeing and it will only have 1 bend at a 45 degree angle going towards the cut out.

 

the problem with less bends and being say 3" is clearance. and if your slammed or have susspension issues underneath. that one long pipe, wont really fit in there right..
