Default h23powered's h23vtec NA setup

ok so heres the deal. let me know if you all have any other suggestions or changes you think i should make.

Block

darton sleeved h22a4 block
endyn oil pump
weisco 11.5 pistons but with stroke 13.1 or more
(dont ask why im running mahle in a sleeved block. i took a chance and bought a block from a guy for 150.00 bc it looked sleeved but he obviously didnt know. but i will be fine running the mahle pistons made for the frm sleeves in the wet iron sleeves)
f22 rods..floating wrist pins
keeping balance shaft

Head

mild port n polish
crower cams stage 1
crower valves, retainers, springs
stock IM
short ran cold air intake
cheap header
stock injectors
stock TB
aem adjustable cam gears

Tranny
m2b4 final drive

full exhaust...thinking about straight pipe the cat.
turbo tune in greensboro, nc will be doing my tuning with crome.

so yea i think thats about it. i really want to get some skunk pro 2s or 3s but i dont know. i also want someone to confirm that i will be okay running the mahle pistons made for frm sleeves in the iron sleeves. let me know if you guys have any things that you would different or any other suggestions. its going to be my daily driver so keep that in mind. thanks

pistons made for FRM are not designed for iron walls. The skirt materials are different.

take the block to Brad (RLZ Engineering) and ask him what the cylinder walls are composed of.

with 11.5 pistons, h23 crank and h23 rods....your compression is going to be a good bit higher than 12.1

i think you have a good bit of rethinking to do if you want this motor to make good power.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2142914

so i can NOT use the mahle pistons for frm sleeves in the iron sleeved block. matt said id be fine but i thought id double check. and i said 12.1 or higher. i knew it would be atleast 12.1 but wasnt sure how much more

i dont know for sure, but why would you even risk it when there are other piston selections that are made to run with iron cylinder walls.

what is the bore size? was the block bored to meet X piston to wall clearance with those mahle pistons? or were those something you picked up after the purchase of the block?

you do realize there is no way your using an f22/h23 crank in an h22a4 block right? and are you buying new injectors?
