Default 2 years in the making, my T67 DC2 build is done

Update: Pg3

Origionaly started this build when I fried the pistons overboosting, never meant to take it to this level, started as a 500hp goal which over 2 years has grown to 700hp, the rundown......

C1 Block Sleeved 81.5mm ( block was done 5yrs ago )
Stock Crank Polished
Crower Pro Billett Rods
Wiseco 8.8:1
ACL Bearings
Moroso Ex. Sump

Mild Port on GSR Head
GSR Cams
All Ferrea with .5mm Oversize Int/Exh
FR Cam Gears

Neukin Ramhorn
T67 H.O. BB
Tial 44mm
Tial 50mm
Precision 750 Int.
2.5" Chargepipes
BBK 70mm TB
Edelbrock Victor X bored to 70mm
3" DP/ Thermal Ex
Fluidyne Rad.
Samco Hoses

1 Intank and 1 Inline 255hp -6 between them
-8 to rail with -6 return, Earles Filter
RC 1000cc squirting E85
AEM FPR and Rail

LS with Quaife ( have 2 GSR's and 1 B16, plan on doing a B16 1,2,3 GSR 4th and LS 5th over winter with Gearspeed Syncro's and a Racerstev treatment )
ACT XTR6 w/ Streetlite Flywheel

Much more stuff I left out, this is my street toy that will rarely see a track, still have to put harnesses and a cage and a license and re-do the suspension and cluthch before I think about hitting the track, for now I just want to enjoy it, just got it running today and it has taken alot of manhours to get it to this point, I have an E85 pump not even 30 seconds from my front door the street tune is going to be hopefully over 600whp, some pics............

EDIT: 12/5/07 625 whp
420 tq in the 24-25 psi area before the 1000cc ran out of juice on E85, stopped the run <8500rpm, car ran out of fuel real quick on that pull Left with 580/380 or so.

good luck with the tune.... looks nice... and good luck hooking on the street with 600whp... 600whp on the street is kinda pointless but you can brag about having 600hp , LOL

and do i see stock motor mounts?

Nice build and Good luck with the numbers man. I know hwo those builds go. I fried my b16a2 in my 99 Si. First it was a simple LS/Vtec build with a 200whp goal to be done last month. Now its a 400Whp goal Turbo LS/Vtec build to be done in April haha.

Nice build!

I think 1000cc injectors on e85 might leave you a little short on your 600 hp goal, or maybe max them out.

Other than that looks good. make sure you get some dyno vids

I believe in one of the new magazines out, there is a white hatch with 1000cc injectors tuned on e85 that was over the 600whp mark. Then again, it was a magazine.

yeah man, 500hp is pointless on the street, moreless 600. I hope you have a good boost controller.

that looks clean and very nice. yeah 600 hp on the road is rather excessive but, hey once it's moving it's moving fast. plus you got the bragging rights

I'd get rid of that earl's fuel filter. Had a brand new one completely clog up on me in no time and lost a motor. Its just too small for our needs.

I have probably used 20 or more of those earls filters and have yet to have an issue with them.

Yup jump to some 1600's i got some blue tops and was tunned on e85 runs great!.. also when you jump to these injectors you will have a problem with the rail hitting the throttle cable mount. I had to bore out the hole on the right and **** it up in a angle And your set up is awsome! definately should hit 600's with it once you upgrade injectors

funny, i almost had the same thing happen to me. luckily i caught it, that filter is way to small.

looks good though! im curious as to what most 600whp e85 setups run for fuel supply

got a friend using stock lines, intank 255hp and my 1000cc's right now making 600whp on E85 with room left, my extra pump and lines should be sufficient.

I have a dumptube, just not installed. The car has a solid rear mount and billett torque mounts, motor does not move an inch and my CD player dont work

Looks like a nice build but how in the world are you going to tune this on the street up to 600whp? That does not sound safe to me!

Good **** nucca even though i get to see it almost every week. He's talking about my car on the E85.Yes 600 is alittle much for the street. But if i need it i got it and all i would have to do is bolt on my slicks and go race.No need to get race gas or change the maps.I drive the car everyday as long as it's not raining. It has been along time since your build homie.I got ya on the injectors.
