I have the Beaks Kit. Its very strong and i doubt the subframe will ever tearout. Here are a few pics.

my car for over a year and no problem yet.

I am currectly helping them create a setup so that
the ITR sway setup can be used with the Bennen rear
lower tie bar.

What happens if you don't use the Beaks kit?

 

you might tear up your sub frame, the non-type r's subframes arent as beefy. beaks or bsq's kit should do

BTW, the Benen bar will fit with my BSQ kit with no modifications or extra parts required. Here is a picture of the Type-R rear swaybar (w/BSQ mounting kit) and the Benen bar (junglistgsr car):

 

How is the strength of the Benen bar? I remember people saying that the DC sports bars were not very strong because of all the holes in it *bling bling*.
