Default bb6 ac removal. What shorter belt number ?

Hey guys ac is removed! and im running AEM alt and ps pulleys! What shorter belt do i need? im trying to buy it online!

go to autzone and get a few different sizes. With the stock pulleys, its 37" 6 rib. With the bigger pulleys i would venture towards 39" or more.

just take back the ones that dont fit and report back with the correct length for use with AEM pullies

you need to understand that the AC and ALT use the same belt so the stock one is MASSIVe once the ac is removed.. soooo i was just wondering if anyone knew what size for NON AC system or perhaps a NON ac system and AEM pulley

Dude, just measure the length of belt you need with a string and order that size...it's pretty easy.

We seem to have this same thread once a week.

that's what i did....i would give you the belt number, but i did it so long ago i don't remember, and my car isn't with me right now.

ok guys, for future reference the Belt size for Running a H22 without AC and an AEM pulley is 92cm.

its much shorter than the stock belt. However note that my alternator is on the last part of the tension bolt so you could go a little longer! but not that much.
