FS: 97 ITR integra type-r
It just left and i miss it already
It's actually a long story but I'll try to make it short... the shell, 97 ITR #345, SALVAGE TITLE has about 60k miles on it. I bought it from an insurance company after it was stolen, theft recovery. Literally, JUST A SHELL but in great condition. I then spent about a month transferring 98 ITR #517's parts onto the 97. The 98 was my original ITR that I wrecked, slid sideways into a tree. Every part on the 98 was still usable... I drove it home...
but the frame was bent beyond repair, so the 97 was a perfect fit. I've been driving the 97 for about 4 years the last two years of which it was turbo'd the motor was rebuilt at 90k miles by comptech all factory stock parts except forged pistons and eagle h-beam rods. The car was fun turbo'd but I never drove it... and honestly was way way to fast for me. so the new plan was to take off the turbo and just enjoy the car. so i had comptech re-rebuild the motor :/... all stock except new forged pistons (so i wasn't stuck with 9.2-1 comp.) and i kept the rods
. It's fun to drive but the car still just collects dust in my garage. I'm in a band and I’ve been traveling allot and have no time for cars anymore. Besides if I do ever want to go fast i always end up ridding my street bike. New rebuild has around 500 miles on it. It runs fantastic/perfect 9.5/10 everything works perfect. interior 9.5/10 I have the stock steering wheel and airbags and armrest from the 98 #517. body is a 8/10 some scratches and scuffs original paint (pictured). Everything is stock except pistons, rods, clutch, steering wheel and maybe one or two things I’ve forgotten. Everything on the car is real usdm 97 #345 or 98 #517 ITR. Sorry about the f'n novel.
97 rareness...
$10,000 obo NO TRADES please
Forgot to mention: it also has HASports motor mounts and also has traction bars. Was just driving it today
Also forgot... The tranny is brand new from acura with only around 3k miles on it, the old one went out. the flywheel is a superlight chromoly ACT piece. and the cluthc is a ACT 6 puck SPRUNG hub with the extreme pressure plate... can handle alot but is still VERY streetable.
Also: brembo slotted and crossdrilled rotors and hawk pads on all 4.
