STOP throwing other motors into the mix
STOP!! When someone asks about information on swapping in a certain motor into his/her Civic, give information on THAT motor! STOP saying stupid **** like,
"Trash that GSR motor, CRVTEC is where it is"
"You're wasting your money on an H22, get a B18C5"
"Who cares, LS motors suck, get VTEC"
"Ditch the B16 and do an LS/VTEC"
I understand certain recommendations to let them know what's out there, but PLEASE, a line needs to be drawn somewhere. I can't stand threads with someone asking a simple question about, let's say a B18C1, and as I scroll down, 6 other motors are posted that he/she should've or should go with. Enough people. Keep it down some.

I'm amazed.. how can you mention throwing other motors into the mix without mentioning the D16! "Ditch that D16!" must me the single most played out phrase in the Honda community

I myself am sick of everyone hating on b16s...every time someone talks about swapping or turboing one, people have to say, Get a b18c!!
