Hi, new to the site, didn't know where I should post this as there is no General Honda forum, so I just picked the model forum with the most hits.

Anyway, my girlfriend ordered a set of of Drag DR-20s from them on September 19th. The order confirmation had the correct billing and shipping addresses. She finally got an invoice that they have been shipped and the shipping address was a mixture of the billing and shipping address. So she called them up, found out they hadn't shipped yet and tunerzimage said they would fix the address. A few days later she calls again and finds out that they had been shipped. When she asked for a tracking number she just got told "They have been shipped" and to expect them in 3-5 business days. We waited and still no wheels, so I called them up and got a tracking number and find out that the destination on Fed Ex's website was wrong... so I called them up and explain that we called before because the address is wrong and I'm calling again because the address is still wrong. So I was told they would call Fed Ex and get it rerouted to the proper address and that they would call if there was any problems I checked the tracking this morning and see ITS STILL THE WRONG ADDRESS. So my girlfriend calls Fed Ex and find out its been shipped to her billing address instead. And for almost the past hour I have been trying to call tunerz image and no one picks up, and yesterday I had to try for an hour before I could talk to anyone, and whenever my girlfriend called she had to call all day before she got someone to pick up. Its just rediculous. 15 days later she finally got the wheels but at the wrong location. How hard is it to ship to an address especially after being told TWICE to go fix it. They are very hard to get a hold of and it seems that they are inept and incapable of completing a simple order. So beware of tunerz image, either that or get a big bottle of asprin because they give you nothing but a headache.

 

So you got your parts a little late mainly because your girlfriend's billing address is mommy and daddy's house in the 'burbs and that means this business is bad? Get a ******* life. Don't date 16 year olds using daddy's credit card and this doesn't happen.

Wow. You need to grow the expletive up. And I thought VWVortex was a bunch of ethugs. And she used her own credit card, and shes quite a bit older than 16, stop making assumptions you are making an *** of yourself.

How is it her fault that despite giving them the proper shipping address, they were able to for one mix the shipping and billing address into one address that doesn't exist and despite us calling them TWICE and them saying they will fix the problem they still didn't fix it. And on top of that them telling us that they will ship on "x" date and them never shipping them, and THEN on top of that they are impossible to get a hold of. Please, tell me how that is our fault. Their job is to take people's money and ship it to the correct address, if they can't do that they are inept at what they do. I have ordered from many online car part businesses and never had such poor customer service.

If you don't want to take my warning and order from them anyway, go ahead, you seem like big enough douchebag that I won't feel bad when they mess up your order.

 

a way to prevent that is check everything 2-4 times and make sure the shipping address is right( check it 3-4 times), and you would have no problems at all.
apprently you did not check it and cuased alot of problems. i dont think its the companys fault. its yours

I would have been scared by the fact that they replaced an "s" with a "z" in the company name in the first place. Sucks to be you.

Did you ever think it was just a stupid mistake that caused them to screw the order up? Or that because of the previous miscommunication that it takes longer to get to the location because it has to be re-shipped? You've obviously never worked a day in your life if you can't comprehend the fact that mistakes are made in business on a regular basis.

As far as not being able to get a hold of them, don't you think they may have been out of the shop / closed for a legitimate reason? People who own shops sometimes have crazy hours or are out at shows / races etc.

I think the bottom line is you got caught in a simple snafu and got the wheels later than promised. It's not like they a) took your money and never sent anything b) sent you a bogus product or c) you got them months later. Big ******* whoop, that doesn't make a company a scammer. **** happens, take your crying somewhere else.

 

sorry for your delayed wait, but I've heard of companys that are much worse than that and actually screw people over.

In your case, it might have just been an isolated incident.

I thought that exact thing, but i check them out and seemed to be your typical "jdm" goody store with custom stickers lol

She ordered over the phone, they sent her a confirmation over email and everything was correct. Then when she got the invoice for shipping we noticed they mixed it up and she promptly called them and they said they would fix it. And this was before they even shipped it. I still don't see how its our fault.

We actually found the wheels on this website, so we figured they would have to be credible if honda-tech would allow them to advertise here. I know VWVortex backs up their advertisers 110% and they are all good companies, I figured it would be the same here.

And to who said I haven't work a day in my life. I worked two years retail/customer service and for the past two years I have been working closely with corporate level employees of a billion dollar automotive part and accessory company that ships out 18,000,000 units per year. I think I have a clue on what proper business is. And even if I didn't have experience its common sense that when you call a company twice to have them fix an address, and they don't fix it, they are doing a **** poor job at their work. If the company I work for shipped their product to the wrong locations and never answered the phone I am sure they wouldn't be an industry leader today.

 

lol i don't think i'd order from them just for the fact that they have "their price" the same as their "list price" . They can't even make me think i'm getting a deal

 

They made a mistake, you have what you ordered right? i would understand if you never received said wheels but you did. Get over it and stop crying. Post pictures of said girlfriend. I think your lying, and your making up the girlfriend part. PICS OR BAN!

 

I love how you made a new name to talk trash on someone's company.

If you have a problem with someone, man up. Get on you other name and tell us what happened.

I don't know about you guys, but I really don't believe it that much if he had to get another name just to tell us. It also does not sound like that big of a mistake. This kind of stuff happens all the time.
