personaly, i HATE msd on my car.

out of 5 msd setups, id have spark blowout on every one easier than if i had a OEM unit.

To help, My setup was fine at 27psi with a Fresh B16 dizzy, NGK wires and plugs. (heat,8. Gap 20) This was at around 600hp and on 116 sunoco. No blow out.

Do you have a fresh oem unit to try out?

Good Luck

Yeah im thinking its a weak distributor as on the OEM i gotta gap down to .016". Im gonna hunt down a distributor and just try that.
