Default Deck plate sleeved blocks from Golden Eagle Mfg.

Well, the deck plate motors are almost ready for sale. Pictures will be posted soon. All we need to do is finish the electric water pump that allows you to use the stock timing belt and they are complete. These deck plate blocks are like nothing you have ever seen before. The plate bolts on ( not weld on that distorts and stresses the block ) and are available for the B-series engine ( H, K, and D-series coming soon! ). Turn your B16 into a B18 simply by having us sleeve and install a small deck plate and installing 1.8L internals. These deck plate blocks are great for all motor applications and for turbo stuff. We have custom Crower rods that are longer to provide a better rod ratio ( up to 1.72 on a 1.8L ) for turbo guys that like to RPM and we also have Eagle and Crower stroker cranks for the all motor guys and longer Eagle, Crower and Cunningham rods for alot of different applications. NHRA allows only a 3/4" deck plate but you can still build a 2.258 L B-series engine and maintain a 1.59 rod ratio with these unaltered parts purchased and installed through Golden Eagle Mfg.

We have also expanded our capabilities here at Golden Eagle Mfg. and are able to provide complete bottom end build ups and contracted headwork through a couple of very reputable sources. So in fact, we can assemble the entire motor to your specifications and budget with the same quality, performance and reliability you are used to from Golden Eagle Mfg. We also carry a full line of Clutch Master clutches for your performance needs. Need some ARP or A.E.B.S. headstuds, we got those too. Call or e-mail to find out about the many product lines we carry.

ARIAS ( pistons )
Crower ( rods and cranks )
ARP Studs ( head studs )
A.E.B.S. Studs ( head and main studs )
Eagle Specialty Products ( rods and cranks )
Endyne/Wiseco ( pistons )
Clutch Masters ( clutches and flywheels )
Portflow ( head work )
.....more to come soon!

As well as our full line of engine sleeves, LS/Vtec bolt-on conversions, deck-plate blocks and complete motor building in our state of the art facility. Our new web-site is coming so stay tuned. http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com
Thanks and if you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.

Vince,
I'm in for a built motor in a few months. Do you have pricing set up for these already? Shall I email you specifices? I am hoping I can have the machining done there and save costs by putting things back together myself.

I would really like to see how this is accomplished without welding? Just longer sleeves with something that bolts to the block with a gasket to keep the oil and water in place?

Oh, and its great to hear you will be able to build the entire engine. I will probably be in the market next summer, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to build my block myself.

I like the stepped deck plate but having to go with a different crank rods etc, sounds pretty expensive.

hey there vince, you guys sleeved a block for me about three months ago. B16 type, and i simply stroked it using B18 internals, custom pistons do the trick there, not that complicated. ARI in florida stocks them. Oh, and thanks for promising me a ten (10) day turn around on my blocks and then getting them back to me 2 months later. and forgetting to o-ring the decks so that i had to send them back to you guys and wait another month. I would highly recommend your work, but you guys need to pick up the slack or tell customers how long the work is actually going to take.

selling one B16 block sleeved by Golden Eagle, LS crank, JE pistons, Eagle rods, and everything else to build the setup https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=226613

about how much$ would it be to sleeve a b18c5 block and install/assemble Arias pistons and crower rods and new bearings throughout (including the cost of pistons/rods/bearings)?

Well, my apologies for the delay on the delivery of your blocks there ( 88crxoncrack ), but sometimes things like that happen and unless proper instructions were placed in the box detailing what EXACTLY needed to be done, then we did our best. And by the way, as for the new items we have coming out, I don't think your " stroked" block can even touch ours!!!! 308 H.P. to the wheels ALL-MOTOR on C16 racing fuel isn't something that is achieved using half-assed stroker kits. Also 9.28 @ 156mph on a turbo car either!!! I also made this set-up so everything CAN be put together using off-the-shelf components from almost all the major aftermarket mfg.ers so the price isn't out of sight and out of time!!!

Hey Vince...Ive been reading about your work and hear amazing things..Remember that it's impossible to please everyone..Even Walt Disney World has complaints filed at the BBB in Florida..

But anyways, I want to have you rebuild a block for me sometime in September..After reading this, you may be doing the headwork also...I have an h23a1 and I want to buy a POS block and have you build that..Any suggestions on where to find one? Can't afford the downtime so I want to build up another block.
