Default Will 225/45/17 fit 17x7 40 offset?

Will it work without rubbing on the 06 Civics or would I need to camber?
I've tried searching, but no results.

225/45/17 fit on 17x7 with a 40 offset?
The car is dropped on Eibach springs. (Not race springs, the one with the subtle drop)
