Default DIY: Quick/easy/cheap fix for dull, cloudy and yellow headlights.

I know this has been covered before, but I figured I'd do it again, this time with better description in the title so n00bs can find it easier while searching.

Before:

Duringdid the outside lens)

After:

Product used:

$4.00-$5.00 at any parts store/Walmart. 5-10 mins with this and a rag + a lil elbow grease can save you a good bit of $$$.

Enj0y!

Clear will last longer, nice job though! I don't think I've seen a wax job look that good

How long does that last before it turns cloudy again? I use a wax compound that keeps the clear for about 2-3 months.

Canadian Tire carries that. I just picked up one from them about 2 days ago. I will try them on my headlights too.

I wet sanded and polished my lights with a random orbital buffer, then applied clear protection film. They have stayed clear for over 2 years now, other than whatever wear is on the film itself.

Nope. I just dipped a rag into the polish and proceeded to "wax on, wax off" for a few minutes, then wiped the lens clean

Lasted many months on my old headlights when I had the 94 front end.

Even if it only lasted months... It's very easy and quick to do.
