Using a bottle at oil changes is usually what is recommended.
I do notice a difference in MPG before and after the oil change/fuel cleaner.. but that could a result of either one, or a combination of both.

I was gonna add 2 choices.. but I don't see the option to do that.. I guess cuz you guys don't want the "smoke weed everyday" option added.. anyway since what I use can't be reflected on the poll since I guess I'll post it down here.. I use either STP or Chevron w/ Techron (they have a 4 pack at costco for like $10)... i put a bottle in at every oil change...
I put a bottle of Techron about twice a year.
I use the techron cleaner because a local Honda mechanic recommended it to me. He said it was the only one that really works and he uses it on his own Honda.
Techron is excellent. i use Chemtool as well. they both do the trick. if you have a newer car, then you shouldnt need to use it as often. use it more than 2 times a year if you have an older car. i recommend using it every month. cleans out all the carbon deposits better.
I have used techron and the regane stuff. I normally use regane now, since I always fill up with Chevron because they are my closest gas stations.
I use Castrol Syntec. It comes in a metal bottle and is usually about $6-7. I've used the cheaper stuff, but it doesn't seem to work as well. I usually add the Syntec in after an oil change (If I remember!)
I've used Chevron and STP and I couldn't tell a difference with either. Gas mileage stayed the same.
Then again, I have a high-mileage engine so maybe I'm in need of professional cleaning.

if you just fill up your tank at a quarter you shouldn't have a problem thats what i do and every oil change use some techron
funny thats the only stuff ive noticed (from the butt dyno) to seem to work, i use it 3 times a year.

I use redex injector cleaner, it comes in a 500ml bottle but recommends you only put in 20ml per 10 liters of fuel, i usually add half a bottle to a tank every 3/4 months or so, dont know if it works or not tho!
