Longer bolts are already provided with the ASR kit. The stock GSR bar will not bolt up, and will have to be "refabricated" to accommodate the ASR plate.

GSR bar will look like a toothpick against the ASR plate.

This is what I did to make my Tanabe bar fit using new OEM D-brackets:

The ASR Bar was designed for the ITR/CTR D-brackets. So any bolt-on Civic applications will not fit this without special D-brackets, or fabricating your own. So that's what I did. I used stock Si D-brackets and chopped the tabs off where the holes begin, then sandblasted them. Then I found some similar gauge steel and shaped it to workable pieces. I had a welder weld on the new tabs. I then measured the distance of the new holes and made a template on paper, and marked and drilled new holes. I planed the tabs on a belt sander to get them flush and worked them to something more aesthetically pleasing. I finished them with VHT Caliper paint.

gsr rear bar over an ASR kit is overkill.

just rough calculations, but the gsr bar has a raw rate of around 108lb/inch before motion ratios.
the type R bar often included with the ASR kit for example, has a rate in the order of 650lb/inch before motion ratios, assuming the type r bar shares the same 40" center and 5" arms of the 14mm bar i just measured. The type r bar (or other 22-ish mm equivalents) was the bar with enough subframe tear issues to warrant the development of such a reinforcement kit.

the gsr rear bar wont be a tearout risk on any chassis im aware of but if you want to get it go for it. you will have to come up with some custom bracketry since the bolt spacing on the gsr D-brackets is too small for that of the ASR, either by fabricating your own or by some aftermarket bushings ( i used energy suspension brackets/bushings with my blox bar).

and as guam-civic pointed out, it will look damn tiny back there.

Shane, why don't you buy an ITR sway bar. You'll love it. I bought mine including all of the hardware needed for like $160 shipped from Baranco Acura (now Sons Acura) to Hilo.

ASR brace is pointless with a stock GS-R swaybar.

And any separate tie bar is also pointless with an ASR brace.

They make gold braces now? If you plan to get gold LCAs, gold brace would match. Get those first, then buy the bar with hardware (endlinks, bolts, bushings, brackets) all at once.

tie bar is a overkill, not even needed, and wont even do anything. asr brace with a 22mm sway bar is all you need. Unless your in the wrong forum and you want the jdm points for the lca's and skunk 2 lower tie bar.

In the listing the seller claims it is an 'exclusive color', which leads me to believe its not offered by ASR like this and the seller has a shop/buddy who can do anodizing

my $.02
