Default 7th Gen Civic Front Bumper Swap

About to pick up a 03 Civic Sedan.

Was wondering do all the 01-03 front bumpers interchange?...more specifically the Hybrid front bumper? Looks like it will, just have to lose the grill cause it looks to be a one piece bumper/grill on the hybrid.

I searched using 'bumper' in the recent and archived in this forum and the 7th gen Civic forum, but didn't get this. A lot of 01-03 to 04-05 conversion stuff.

Yes, you could use the 02-03 Hybrid bumper on a 2003 Civic Sedan. You'll need to remove your entire bumper cover and grille assembly to install the Hybrid bumper, though.

Soon to be owner....

Thanks though.

This makes it easier than a 5th or 6th gen Civic. Although I'd kill for another EH2/3, this car will remain in an OEM form.

Considering adding the factory trunk lip and switching to 7th gan Civic Hybrid wheels too. Or even 8th gen Hybrid wheels, but I think the bolt pattern went to five lug. I'll look into it later.

Lower aftermarket support helps too....when compared to almost every other Honda/Acura made.

Plus my wife doesn't need a race car. Almost went for a 00-01 Teg Sedan, but then I'd have it wrapped in aftermarket parts...lip kit, CF items, suspension, brakes, ....you all know the deal. With this 03 Civic at 34k, I won't touch it till 125k.
