B16: odb1 injectors on odbo 1stgen b16

B16: odb1 injectors on odbo 1stgen b16
hey can i use odb1 injectors w/ my odb0 b16 i'm using my stock 91 si odb0 wire harness w/ ha sport subharness. or what's the difference between odb0 and odb1 injectors... is it just the resistance>>??? mine measure 15.2/15.1/15.2/15.2 ohm's.
the injectors allready in my manifold are 4.9-5.6 ohm

They will not work. obd0 injectors are peak-and-hold type. obd1 injectors are saturated type. Also the plugs are a little different.

if someone is getting flamed for an h on vtec than your getting it for reversing obd
