i have a 1990 integra ls w/ 144,xxx miles on it, there is no rust on the car and the interior is very clean with the exception of a rip in the driver's seat, here is a list of what the car has on it:

- itr pistons, shotpeened ls rods (done about 8k miles ago)
- slight p&p on head
- B&M fuel pressure regulator
- custom exhaust
- ACT clutch
- 96 gsr rims
- almost new dunlop w10 tires
- h&r springs
- front crossdrilled rotors
- metal matrix front pads
- JDM front amber bumper lights
- 92-93 rear bumper

the car dynoed at 132 hp and 130 torque at the wheels with this setup and went 15.0 @ 90 mph

ttt, this car would make an awesome daily driver for someone with all the torque that it makes, really enjoyable car to drive...figure through crower 404 cams, crower valvetrain, aem intake, and a jdm 4-1 header on it and you are running high 13s just like that, not bad for a non vtec

when i say weak i mean it's slow.. 15.0 with all that stuff? i pulled 15.1 with my cuz 91 4-door.. and i know it's not making as much power cuz all it has are bolt ons.. hehe.. good luck.. and from 15.0 to 13's.. uh.. with those parts.. uh.. no... oh wells.. free bump..

 

i wouldn't consider that slow at all, the only things really done to the car are the itr pistons and the custom exhaust...it is still running the factory intake box, stock header, etc....figure the car is rated from the factory with 130 flywheel hp and 114 or so flywheel ft/lbs of torque, so with just the itr pistons hp increased by about 12-15 hp and torque increased by about 20 ft/lbs or so to the wheels, that is quite an increase for just pistons and an exhaust, in stock form this car would probably run high 15s in the quarter mile so it picked up almost a full second, i wouldn't say that is weak at all, and since you have a such a strong grasp of how engines work to create power and immediately know the car won't run 13s with the crower cams, valve train, aem intake, and jdm 4-1 header then i must be an idiot, sorry for making such an outrageous prediction

someone come and get this thing..there seems to be some sort of miss or leak in the engine, runs, but runs rough, might be something stupid for all i know, i just don't want to bother with it anymore, have new projects to work on....first $2500 cash takes it

I might be interested in the car for a little bit less $, I am probably picking up another project car this wk, though, so I will let you know afterwards. any idea what is wrong with the engine? can you email me with a vin#? and anymore pics if you have them. Oh, and most importantly does the AC work and does it blow cold?

That is a good time for a lightly modded gen 2...anyway bump for another gen 2 owner.

 

What kind of compression #s in each cylinder??

 

i don't know what is wrong with the engine, and in all honesty i haven't even looked, i just need to get rid of the car, haven't done a compression check or anything, i figure just swap a stock b18 longblock in it for $400 and rebuild this one while it is out and you have great base/parts to start with...hell, for all i know it could be some stupid little problem to begin with, i just don't want to deal with it anymore, i haven't driven the car in like 1.5 months, it just sits there and i don't like looking at it...fyi, the car ran fine with the exception of an erratic idle before i parked it
