Default 440whp H23a Preliminary Dyno

Today I put one of our customers builds on the dyno today and to my surprise it made a little more power than I expected it to make off of a simple street tune. Without our traction bar and front motor mount on it I didn't want to push the engine on the dyno due to the fact that it was moving a little bit under heavy load. That and the altenator belt snapped on the 2nd run. I was hoping to at least to do a little cam gear tuning and play with the ignition and fueling some. The last H series with Crower Turbo cams that I tuned managed to pick up 40whp as well as great mid-range.

Anyways, after everything is said and done I'm looking at coming close to 600whp with this specific set-up. At least I managed to find out that there are no bugs in the set-up so I can go ahead and put the bells and whistles on everything until we get the flanges in for our traction bars.

Nice Job man . Your block packages are very well priced. Maybe I will make a drive down to SC sometime. This h23 was using 9:1 Compression pistons right? Cant wait to see the final dyno numbers

You didn't have any issues running the MSD DIG6+ with Hondata? Was there anything special done along that line or just a normal install?

No issues with this set-up... about time something went right, lol. Anyways, just a normal install with the MSD components.

PFI Speed bars are bad news. If any of you have installed one of these you'll know exactly what I'm talking about in relation to suspension geometry.

I'll get into the traction bar stuff when it's released. Let's try to keep this on topic.
