For the shift cables I drilled a hole in the firewall on the pass. side.
I'd have to take a few pics if you wanna see where they are.

not really. at first i experienced occasional pop-out but that has gone away after a couple hundred miles and clutch break in
i asked ryan if he exp. pop out too and he said yes.
i would have preferred to drill the hole more center of the firewall however i'd have to completely remove the hvac to gain access so i said fawk that. haha
you can also see where i drilled two other holes, one for the eng. harness and one for the alt./starter wires.
