Default Some pics of my 97' ITR paint process :)

Whats up guys? as you might now by now. I got my car back from the paint shop about a month ago. The car was at the shop for about 3 months. I couldnt wait to get the car back home. Event though it took a bit longer than i expected.... it was well worth the wait. The man in charge of the paint was nice enough to take pics of the car from beginning to end.. Here they are!

enjoy!

what my car looked like when they installed the core support and began body work

the final product!

Looks good... looks like you went all out when it came to paint, which is the only way to go. Now thats a nice 10 year birthday present for the 97 R

Wow, the engine bay is painted better than from the factory. One thing I dislike about OEM paint in engine bays: if you look closely you can see about 25% of it is not even sprayed.

Looks like one hell of a paint job. Can you give a breakdown on the paint job? i.e. basecoat, how many coats of clear, etc.

The car is looking awesome!
