it screws out...just spin the entire handle mechanism off that rod
(it will be the last thing you remove)

but you can do it the right way.

yea that part is easy...it just spends....i just posted the samething up i got everything off my door handle but I cant get the handle itself off....when u do let me know how u did it!!
