i can get you brand new head lights for $120 for 96-98 and $210 for 99-00 as far as cleaning them pep boys sell a kit for like $30 but it takes some time and works ok

yah it works, for headlights that arent too badly clouded it keeps them looking new for about a month, so pretty much i just do mine every 3-4 time i wash my car
