well this is what happend
i was on my way to look at a silver 02 with 39,000 miles on it. and also a 04 350z with 47,000 miles on it
i stoped at the 350z first cuz it was closer. drove it but i wanted to see the s2000 so i called to confirm it was still for sale, but he told me someone is signing the papers right now and it sold for 17,995 + tax and fees.
this was like the 6th time a s2000 sold from right under my feet. so i drove around and saw this one for 16 somthing. asked how many miles and he said 50,000 i was like hmmm not bad but for 1 more thousand i could have had one with 39,000.
so i looked at it and it looked pretty clean. so i made an offer 14,500.
he showed me how much he was orig. asking and it was 17500. and how much he paid for the car 14,700. so he said he cant loose money on it so i offerd 14,900 and we had a deal. 7.49 % financing. for 4 years with 9,000 down. came out to 16,300 after tax and fees.
177 a month for 4 years that i plan on paying off in less than 2 years. ( no payoff fees)
so long story short 14,900 + tax 16,300 w/52,168 mi.
