save your money, don't go there.

Got a car painted there, the paint started to peel right after the warranty expired.

Looks really good for the first week...then its all downhill from there.

I guess it's all calculated

I had my sol painted @ Earl Schieb. got the pro4 package and it came out pretty good..eventually.

granted I took off everything I could except the wheels(couldn't find steelies in time). here's what I'd suggest if you go with a cheap place like ES, maaco, or any other 1 day style paint place:

-Tell them EXACTLY what you want/expect as far as body work(if needed...not doing this led me partially to bring the car back)

-let them know things like RUNS and dead bugs all over is totally unacceptable(primary cause for m taking it back for them to redo it)

-Remove everything you can and get a set of steelies if you have nice wheels(no idea how but they managed to paint almost the entire backside of one of my white wheels blue)

I got the car back the first time and it was bad at best talked with the manager and explained thateven in their cheapest package, let alone the best one they offer I would never expect runs or dead bugs all over the car and especially bodywork that I paid to get done NOT get done...after about 10 minutes and pointing out just the major flaws/neglections the manager agreed to redo the whole car for free, second time around everything was 1000000x better, no runs no bugs, just typical oem style orangepeel and of course all the touch up body work was done.

all in all they are good for the money, but if you can find a "real" body shop to do the work for a reasonable price and reasonable time constraint go for that instead.

Only other place that was willing to do my car in a reasonable amount of time(less than 2 weeks) was MOBworks, but they wanted 3000 in cash(more if I would've paid with a credit card) and this was on a very small del sol and they didn't even have to paint the trunk(since it's CF)

generally these places CAN do a decent job. i mean anyone who paints cars everyday has to be at least OK.
Anyone i have ever seen get an OK job from maaco and places like it have always done their own prep work. sand it down, tape it off , whole 9 yards. then drop it off to be painted.

just my opinion
