1993 Civic VX Rolling Shell– Car was professionally painted two years ago by Ciancio’s Auto Body in Poughkeepsie, NY. It was only driven 150 miles on the street and has been sitting or transported by trailer anywhere else. The paint job and body work cost around $5,000 total. When it was painted both rear quarter panels were replaced with new oem ones straight from Honda. It was the entire panel, not just a patch job. The color is Zenith Gold with extra flake and pearl, up close it is a very diverse paint color. The finish on the paint looks as if it were oem. The door jams, interior, and engine bay are painted as well. No shortcuts were taken in this paint job at all.
The chassis has a Ken’s Kustom Chassis 10 point cage. It was NHRA certified by Kens and is ready to go. The cage install was nearly $2,000. Ken’s Kustom is one of the best chassis shops in the Northeast, many people can vouch for this.
It is being sold as a rolling shell with many aftermarket parts installed. Most parts are like new with only 150 miles on them. I am parting out as much as possible and then selling the shell with what is remaining when I get the right offer. This is a top notch car, so I do not plan on letting it go for cheap. If I don’t get what is reasonable I will keep it, because it is a car that deserves to stand out.
Definitely coming with the shell because I do not have the stock parts to put back on are the Tanabe Sustec Drag Full Coilovers, Carbon Fiber Fenders, Carbon Fiber Rear Hatch, painted Spoon style mirrors, red/clear tails, Sumped Fuel tank with Aeromotive A1000 Fuel system with all braided hoses and fittings.
It does not come with an exhaust and it has an oem hbp hood on it now.
