MY EDM EG6 TOTALLY REPAINTED... FROM ROME, ITALY
Hi..
I'm renato, 24 yo from rome, italy... I know someone on the forum, like rishi and andres (I don't remember the nick, he lives near naples, here in italy... thanks to him for the front and rear bumpers, with the foglights, and the fenders)... nice to meet all the others..
I want to show you my car, a 1992 EDM (european domestic market) EG6... took from the paintshop a few days ago... the color is the original honda r81 milano red...
I bought the car about 2 years ago... only one owner and 276000 km on it (now it's about 310000)... totally original, B16A2 never opened, all the mantainance in the honda garage of rome with all the receipts... a great car for my project...
I have changed the interior, put inside front and rear DC2 black recaros, 96 spec DC2 momo steering wheel, JDM DC2 shift boot with spoon duracon shift ****, and made the door panels in black alcantara with red stiches...
the only exterior mods are the jdm yellow fog lights and the jdm side turn lights (thinner than european)
the car will be totally modified: I have in my garage some parts like
-tein superstreet coilovers with rear DC2 LCA
-all the parts necessary to rebuild the B16A2 (everything is oem honda), including ek9 oversize pistons, DC2 intake manifold and throttle body, toda valve springs and toda A2 camshafts
-toda exhaust manifold, 2.5 test pipe, DC2 B pipe, spoon N1 silencer
-custom made airbox (same shape of the mugen, but bigger with bigger intake) with mugen filter inside
-DC2 front calipers, with 282 brake discs, AP1 brake pump and booster
-DC2 steering box (or maybe steering rack, I'm not sure of the word box)
-EDM DC2 gauge cluster (needs to modify the eg6 bezel and harness to fit)
should be everything.... but now take a look to the pictures...
how it was

during the paint work

and now, ladies and gentlemen, the renato's eg6

please let me know what do you think about
bye bye
:-)
