I put a B&M Short Throw Shifter in and whenever you take your foot off the accelorater, you hear a soft rattle. Is there anyone that has one in their car, and if they do, do you have the same problem. What have you done to correct the noise.

 

yeah, i have this same problem. the sound is from the shift know the the short shifter. anoyying as **** especially on the highway. i've tried everything to make it
go away. no luck yet....

 

bend the hanger on your exhaust pipe, common problem with all short shifters
