I just need to verify that the Sparco Rev and/or Sparco Evo are compatible with a 5 point harness (5th point/crotch belt opening). Can someone also verify for me which rails from Sparco I will need to mount the seat in my 3rd gen Integra? Thank you.

Yes, you can use the 5 point harness with both of the seats.

The seats love to be used with 5-points (and 6 points I assume), check out the mods section of our page for tons of pics of my evo install. Also, the basemount and siderails might require some tweaking...actually, the siderails were fine, but I had to redrill the basemount they gave me (it's for the integra) so that the rails would fit on it, and i also had to do a bit of drilling to make the holes for the basemount bigger where they mate to the car to make fitment easier. Your mileage may vary...some people have had better luck with sparco bases, others have been far worse off. The seats are fantastic though.
