projectior head lights.. ??
well im not really a big fan of them parsay>> but im thinking about getting some HIDs and the projectiors would set them off really well .. now my consern is they make these new ones that are black but they are going on a dark car .. would they look better if they were the normal "bling bling" kind or the black ones with JDM style corners?? any ideas??>
i have those headlights on an orange car, but i have seen them on a black car and a graphite silver car, and they looked even better than on my car
Take into consideration, that most aftermarket projector lights use H3 foglight bulbs. If you wanna go the HID route, I'd stick with your stock headlights. Not many companies make HID kits in the H3 bulbs and if they do, the beam pattern is really bad because of the shape/length of the H3 bulb.

that black housing is sweet...looks way more cleaner than the chrome housings normally sold...ill check ebay for them...APC doesnt have them in that style.
I was thinking about buying some also, I have a white crx with a CF hood, shouldnt look that bad,but i dont wann buy them if i cant find any corner lights that would look good together. Anyone have any Ideas?
Y'know what would go nicely in one of those "middle things"...a little camera! Give a car's-eye view of your favorite twisty road or autocross run. Saw something like that done on a bike, and it looked awesome.
be careful with these if you have a Cai of some sort. my buddy had a set on his CRX and it was impossible for him to run the full intake set up into the fenderwell. there was a piece behind the light that stuck out and it wouldn't allow for the secondary piece to be added. he had an AEm btw. not sure if these are designed the same but just wanted to give you guys a heads up just in case they are. do yout research before you buy.
for the corner light idea..... what if you took stock crx corners ( half clear, half amber) and got some grey stained glass paint, painted the clear part of them and left the amber alone? might look nice......i am about to put the all clear tails in my rex, but all 3 peices are getting painted red with stained glass paint. just to get rid of the amber corners, all red...on ferrari red rex, ww kit, shaved handles, black 5 stars....D16Z6 soon to be boosted ( I HOPE!!!!).....so clean and mean....haha
Hey, is the headlight basket the only difference in the 88-89 to the hatch and crx, and or are the headlights themselves different as well? I have a 90'Si and on ebay they are only posting the projectors as 88-89....
all you have to do is swap your 90 Headlight surroundings (brakets etc.) with those lights, thats what they told me when i bought it

I have used red transparent vinly on the amber parts of tail and it worked very well, maybe you could do the same thing with the corners but only using orange transparent vinly.
