I'm actuall debating between the skunk or the tanabe myself. one has a 0.8 front 0.8 back. Is that enough?

I have the Tanabe GF210 Springs on my car and I'm very happy with the product. I'm trying to find a picture to post the drop.

If you're considering coilovers, i'd consider Bilstein PSS9's. I've heard some good things about them, and am considering them for myself.

If you're only looking for springs...go Espiler

Yup, Bilstein makes awesome coilovers for lots of cars. i thought getting their PSS9's for my mkiv before but they were kind of out of my price range.
