Quality or Crap? RSL, ADR, and BSA Wheels.
Hey guys, spring season is upon us and I am itching for some aftermarket wheels.
I am on a budget and looking to get a set of 16", 4x100. If im dropping my 01 Civic Coupe about 2" all around, what offset do you think I should choose (rubbing issues)? Higher or lower (n00bish question, I know) ?
I've seen ADR, RSL, and BSA wheels on eBay in the $400 price range, and I am wondering if anybody has had experience with any of these brands.
I would like to know if they bend easily (probably depends on the spoke design and depth of lip?), if they fade/chip/scuff/scratch easily, or weigh very much?
here are some styles:

This should help you with weights.

These wheels are fine. They are usually fairly heavy for what they are, but they're fine. They just don't have the clout or light weight that are desireable now. Plus, most of them are copies of more expensive wheels (if you care about that).
I owned a set of ADR wheels about seven years ago, and they were fine. Most of these wheels are pretty sturdy.
