That cannot possibly be confirmed. Although, nothing says it cant be the 7th gen. It is in a motel lot and all. I give it a

Looks like the next gen Accord to me. I like how the Honda guys disguised the tailights; made them look like ricey Civic lights.

Thos slab sides look a bit like the new A4 too.

I wouldnt be surpised if those are the actual lights. Something like IS300, Altima, Mazda 6 tails. They dont look too bad.

Yeah, but the nose is disguised buy a bra, and the thin lights don't match the rest of the Honda/Acura lineup. They chose white because it deosn't show reflections and will therefore hide the car's contours, for the most part.

Toyota, Mazda, Nissan didnt have any cars with similar lights before the Altezza, Altima, and 6. Plus, the Altima and 6 are direct competitors, so I think Honda wanted to be like them.

As someone said earlier, "It looks heavy" too.

I think the heavy look is to move the Accord upmarket. The Camry's gone big, the Altima has as well. The 626 is getting a major redo, and I think that will grow in size as well. Even the Corolla is pumped up.

Yes, thats all obvious. Whats sad is that a new Civic is bigger and has more options than my Accord.

I guess everything gets bigger in time. Remeber the 1st gen Accord? I think it was the same size as a Civic hatchback is today.

The 1st Accord is the size of a new Mini Cooper. It weighed around 2500lbs. if not less. There is one parked outside my house all the time. New Civics are bigger. New Civic sedan is bigger than my car. Probeby faster too.

I honestly think this is not even an Accord at best. Take the relationship between the current coupe and sedan Accord. There are parts on the car that are use on both models. Car companies use the same parts for both models to save production costs. Now, take these new spy photos of these "Accords," sedan and coupe, to me they come from different camps. Here's a clue: look at the door handles. They are clearly different.

My boss drives a 93 accord 4 door, and ive cleaned a million 7th gen civic sedans, the 4th gen accord is not smaller. Unless you were just exaggerating

good call...also...the picture of the three lined up with the odd taillighs showing...the one on the far left has a different taillight configuration...and the door handle thing is true as well...i didn't even notice this...with the bra on the front, the headlights look like a civic...and why are there 4 brand new unreleased accords sitting in a motel parking lot?...seems a little odd to me!

These cars are on one of their finals shakedowns before full production begins. What do you think all that equipment is in the trunk, clothes? Not likely. More than likely they're computer and testing equipment. The tail light configurations are different because the tailights have been disguised with white tape to hide their true shape. The different alloys is simple. Accords might offer different wheels on different models, not to mention optional wheels.

Edit : All the door handles look the same to me.

i think when the 7th gen accord sedan is finally introduced formally to the public, it will look SOO much better. the car will come with much better looking alloys, and the headlights and taillights will be shown all the way. just wait...

I'm sure those tail lights are taped over and don't look anything like that. These preproduction model cars caught in spy-shots are always disguised like that.

Am I the only one not seeing a coupe in any one of these pictures? Not to mention different door handles. I think some of you guys are seeing things.
