Default ///////// for sale b-series tri-y header. 4-2-1 2.5 colector modified ebay header

if you guys were keeping up with the allmotor forums. this is the f1spec defective header that didn't pass their quality control. this was suppose to be the sale of the century as some people have said compared to the hytech tri-y header

this is the thread
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1912532

i have modfied all these to fit the head now..

as you can see

[

it even came with a free gasket cool

after taking it out of the box to see what the hype about these not fitting i had to check it out my self.
i put the gasket it came with ,to align all the holes to the flange.
and notice it was only off a lil

but it had some nice nice ports when i was looking at it at the flange

and the welds looked pretty nice.

so this is what i whooped out to solve the problem.
a drill and a drill bit muahahhaha
time to destroy
i just got bigger drill bit that was bigger than the hole on the header.

and unstead of redrill some of them and testing it out i just redrilled all of them
lol

While trying to redrill it , it was really hard to hold on to while my friend was taking pictures.
so we ended up fabbing alil thing to hold the header up with out damaging it,

The solute before i drill the expletive out of it..

this is how it was held up on the stand

and then the drilling
it took around 9 drills. and the process took around 1hr . that flange was hella strong.

drill 1

drill 2

drill 3

drill4

drill 5

drill 6

drill 7

drill 8

drill 9

these are the size of the hole differences

and everything redrilled

Now to test if it lines up with the gasket
booyeah it lines up =D

and last but not least it bolted it on my built motor that will be going to put in my car

When you redrill the holes did it solve this problem??

It appears to be crooked in the pics.....

Maybe "Primary Mal-alignment"???
