i ordered the top fuel b+c pillar bars from tom at camp back on the 16th of march. i got them a few days later. when i went out to put themin my car i couldnt get them to work. the rear mount he sent me was wrong from one of the sides. see pic the mount for one of the sides needed to be switched like i had drawn on the pic. i then contacted him that day he said he would look into a box and see waht his looked like. this was last wed! i have been waiting for 5 days till today and i get on aim and he says he doesnt think i have the wrong part!!!!!! you can tell by the photo that i do. the rears need to be exact opposites of each other to make them work. its common sense. if i were to put it together with the parts i have it would look like this
my car is going to go into paint this thursday and i want this to get painted with my car to match but i want all the parts here and ready.
I know Tom is a busy guy but he needs to focus on problems before he tries to make the extra sale on something else while ignoring another

 

i inspected these today and they are infact wrong.. They are the same piece and need to be different

Why is this in the For Sale thread? I could fix this problem for you Ty if he does not!

 

i think the point is that he paid for a product from tom and shouldnt have to pay another person to fix tom's mistake. bump for resolution.

 

for sale thread is the best place for a thread like this. i had timmay look over the bars to make sure it wasnt just me not knowing how to do something but like he posted above its the wrong part. i will still buy from Tom if he can fix this in a timely matter. i just spent $250+ on something that for right now is just steel bars to look at in a box!! PM me Tom!

 

Tom contacted me today and let me know he is going to fix the problem

damn still waiting to get this fixed.... keep getting broken promises on shipping. 2 months come on

 

tom is in the process of fixing this problem since he didnt kno its the company that makes thems fault i picked up the same top fuel bars like u for my brothers ek and Thomas is in the process of fixing things he will get back to u as soon as the company fixs the problem cause i am too waiting for it!!!

 

i was told 2 weeks ago when i called them and they said they were shipping htem out that day and i should have them the following tuesday. is been 1 week from that tuesday and i havent seen anything!

 

i have waited patiently for 2 months. even if its not his fault there should be better communication to me on whats going on or free parts help to!

the only thing is is he said he sent them out to me. and he obviously lied to get me off the phone with him. he said he would send them out that day and that it would be taken care of. im going to give him a call tomorrow and if he cant send them out to me and have them here in a week then im sending all my **** back for a refund!
