I know the ports will line up, but will the header fit in my car and line up with the exhaust properly?

itll fit.
it will line up with the cat and not get in the way with the oilpan.
the O2 sensor can be rerouted over the transmission with just enough length.
the only issue is the rear brace that hangs down doesnt line up. you can make another bracket, or ive heard you can unbolt the two nuts at the top and move it down a notch so its supported on one nut. or just not bother at all. i havent.
i use a y8 cast exhaust manifold. 4-2-1 design. looks like stock. performs great.
i also have a z6 exhaust manifold laying around if anyone wants it.
