Nice car Larry. Glad to finally see yours. It's a bit unforgiving to the eyes but it would only be a blur to most people who step.

That is indeed the Jamie J-Speed motor. The Endyne motor is still in the back of the shop. At least as of last Tuesday when I stopped by to see Randy. He is still working on his suspension and when he gets all the kinks worked out of that he is going to put the Endyne motor in @ least that is what I was told by someone who works there......not going to mention any names
yep-this is the jspeed-bfast motor.good solid engine, nothing special or trick.we hope to have the other engine in by next month-still have some suspension tuning issues.

I hate those *************, If i ever see Randy I am going to slap him with my dick
If you're still pissed off about getting the wrong brake stuff then fine. Be mad all you want to, but saying **** like "I'm going to slap him with my dick" or whatever is just plain wrong bro.
Stop and ask yourself why you are pissed off at them. Ask some Q's:
Did they take your money and give you nothing in return?
Did they take your money and leave you with the wrong part?
Did they try to make good on the "wrong" part(s) you recieved?
I talk to Randy and/or Larry on a weekly basis. These guys have to be some of thenicest, most honest guys in this whole Honda industry, especially when it comes to used parts where guys can be really shady.
I work at a shop that deals with used parts having to do with swaps and what-not, and I have dealt with many different places, and Import Auto Salvage is THE best place hands down to deal with.
I have dealt with them personally on many occasions for 5 different engine swaps, 3 sets of Integra seats, Integra brakes, steering columns, etc.
That's just on my own, but through the shop we've gotten tons of parts/swaps from them and other than shipping mishaps none of the experiences have ever been bad at all.
I have not just taken one experience and ran with it. I hacve taken multiple experiences (all good too) and used this combined knowledge of them to form a good opinion of them.
One bad case shouldn't ruin a reputation, and in your case I'm sure it wasn't intentional. Do you really think that Randy sat there and said:
"Hey I wonder what this jack-***'s face will look like when he tries to bolt up this wrong prop valve y0!"
Or something to that effect?
NOPE.
And lastly, if you truly want to slap Randy with your dick then stop typing about it and drive to IAS - I can give you directions and even come pick you up if you so desire!

Late y0!

P.S:
Making fun of the looks of a full race car is kind of silly, don't you think?
I certainly can't think of any reason to make fun of a car that runs 11.4 on motor, can you?
I'm sure they could have built a JDM ***** if they wanted to seeing as how they get full clips, but the point of a rcaecar is to grab attention and that car gets the job done with blinding paint and 11.4 slips on motor here on the east coast.

I ordered a LS changeover and a rea disk conversion
-I recieved a very good motor --Ill give them that
-I recieved a bad ECU, they sent me another one after 2 weeks of calling them all the time
-I recieved a trailing arm that was bent to ****, called them up and bitched for a while sent me a new one--that took 2 and a half weeks
-The rotors on the trailing arms were rusted beyond belief
-I recieved a booster with a bent pushrod- called them up, they sent me a new one after 1 week
- I recieved a bad master cylinder- sent me a new one (tried to charge me, but I started getting pissed so they sent me a new one free of charge) that took about a week and a half
-I recieved another master cylinder that was bad, called them up to complain and they sent me a new one after about an hour of birching--anoher week and a half
-I recieved 1 more master cylinder that was again broken, called them up, response I got was "tuff"
IAS has no quality control, I am satisfied with my motor, thus far, but the rest of the stuff they sent me sucked. **** THEM , and when if I ever do head down south to Atlanta I will drop by IAS and slap Randy with my dick

Okay, do you understand the nature of a part such as the brake master cylinder in terms of longevity?
Brake master cylinders go bad all the time, and used ones are always going to be a crap shoot.
The only real way to test the M/C is to put it into a car that drives and see if the pedal will fall when resting your foot on it, and even then who's to say it won't leak shortly after you install it?
If you like paying good prices, then I'm sure you wouldn't want to have to pay them to test every single last used part in their inventory, because then w'd all be paying tons more due to crazy-*** labor charges.
...and rotors are made out of what?
IRON.
The easiest rusting thing known to man. You cannot expact for rotors to be unrusted when sitting unused for however long they sit.
I've bought 2 sets of 4-wheel discs from them with arms and all, and yes both times the rotors were rusted, but I bought new ones and I understand that rotors will rust even if sitting inside off of the car.
I'm sure that they were just as frustarated with your situation too because they were foting the shipping each time and probably made no money on the deal.
That is good customer service even if you say otherwise. Did they charge you for shipping each time?
Here's my point:
You are buying USED parts. PERIOD. IAS nor anyone else has a crystal ball that allows them to quality check every part they sell. I gurantee no other yard would have even sent you replacements at all, so I believe that IAS at least tried their best, and even if it wasn't good enough for you I say that still go above and beyond what any other yard will do.
Next time just go buy all new parts and then you can be assured of the quality and you will even have a warranty.

BTW:
Where are you located? IAS in is N.C, not Atlanta.
Later bro!
