I own a '91 Honda Civic which is in pretty good condition. My passenger auto seat-belt isn't working. Anything I can do to fix it? The seatbelt doesn't move anywhere. It doesn't bother me but lately theres been a beeping noise saying my seatbelt is not on. I have to push down the seatbelt lock to make it stop.

On my drivers side seatbelt, it works. But it too has that problem. It acts up on and off and the beeping noise drives me crazy. I have to open my door and close it so it can stop beeping. What opening my door does is that it repositions the seatbelt in place so it doesn't beep.

I'll fondle with it somemore but it kills me hearing the beeping noise on long trips. I don't want to open the door on the freeway.

I know this thread might be stupid or useless to some people, but to the others who don't mind, give me a hand please. Thank you for your time.

yes take it to the dealer but mean time you could pull out the beeper under the dash i know how you feel i suffered a couple days with this problem with no radio.

 

Yea, I got this car from someone in Vallejo, so I wouldn't know who the dealer is. Any tips on where or how I can take out the beeper?
