not sure about the cheap part...but yes you will need to tune it to make it run good.

No where really to find it cheap unless its used or stolen

when getting a k pro you can ask for a stock base map to run it until you get it tuned might not give hp your looking for but better than nothing

as said above
only used or stolen will save you some cash
just get it used
its pretty much the same as a new one

and about the tune
they will have a base map similar to your setup that you can use (well, its for a cold air intake/race header) then its just simple adjustments of air/fuel ratio

a sponser on ephatch.com called like "tuner factory" has k-pro for $875 shipped. Probaly the cheapest you are going to find it. You still need to send your ecu into them and the turn around time is like 2-3 days. So unless you dont have an extra ecu, you will be out of a car for a few days.

You can always wait for us to become hondata dealers and I can see what prices I can offer.

clubrsx has good deals, there is a process to getting kpro tho, it includes sending your key imobilzer and ecu to hondata for the reprogramming and to have the usb installed...already loaded into the kmanager software (free download from hondata.com) is many maps that mite suite your needs so you dont neccesarily have to go to a tuner for example the CAI map is like the #4 reflash (good for i/h/e and other bolt on setups)
