does anyone know if a '99 Integra GS-R dc2 steering wheel will work on a '97 GS DB8?
is there any differences in dc steering wheels or air bags?? also is there anything i should know about passenger side air bags.
mine went off and im looking for replacements. any help would be appreciated.

 

plug for the airbag will not fit

 

94-95 plugs are different for the driver's airbag, not sure about the passenger one. you can always cut the plug off your blown 97 and solder it onto the 94. it's not that hard to just find a set of the correct year airbags.

How certain are you that the airbag will still work properly with that modification? The 94-95 SRS computer is completely different than the 96-01 SRS computer. They simply may not be compatable.

To the OP: you are opening yourself to a lawsuit if you make that change and the SRS system fails whether you own the car or you sell it. Get the proper airbags.
