93 Hatch CX GSR B18C(JDM) + Aftermarket Goodies W. PA Recon CHEAP

I am reposting the sale because the other thread was getting pretty full of junk.

I want to make it clear that the CAR SITS AS-IS. I have made no other modifications. It CANNOT be driven from my house, because
A. No Fluids
B. No Registration
C. Its been sitting for a while (meaning itll probably need a tune up) and
D. No battery
Its going to need to be towed or flatbedded.
The motor was installed properly though it does need a few things:
A. Vtec wiring completed ( I ran the right color wires but never tapped them in)
B. Vtec soleniod
C. Knock Sensor
The car is COMPLETELY STRIPPED. Dont ask for internal pics, because all of the parts are now stacked inside the car. I had no other place to put them. Sorry, but Im not taking everything out to snap a few shots for just a potential buyer. If you are interested, please come with cash and you can look at it all you want.
I have all of the parts, EXCEPT the carpet. It was pretty nasty from the previous owner, so I trashed it. I never planned on using the carpet again anyway. All other parts are included. Door panels are stripped of vinyl because I was going to just spray them black. Seats are definately usable just need a good cleaning. I also have a Del Sol seat that could be picked up to replace at least 1 stock seat.
There is NO exhaust. I was going to get one made, never finished the car so I never followed through with it.
the car is NOT fully painted. It IS edged, interior door space painted, all jams, rear hatch, engine bay and underskin of hood. The color is a Volvo Gold, about as close to TS gold as you can get. Very nice paint job. I can provide you with the code if you would like to follow through with the remainder of that color change.
This is a PROJECT CAR, that I was never able to finish. It is NOT complete and ready to drive. It needs very minimal care to be finished. If you are mechanically inclined this car could be finished in a week or less.
It has been fully reconditioned. All rush is removed! Underbody cleared of rust as well. Inside wheel wells and suspension parts (unsprung weight like the A-arms) have been refinished and sprayed with PR40 should not rust again. All bushing replaced. Only 1 shock needs to be put on the car. It's either the driver or passenger side rear shock ( its in the car) just install it.
Now for the modifications
Motor: JDM B18c No I do NOT have papers. The motor is legit I legally purchased it. The company that I bought it from in NY never sent me the papers. I posed a dispute with them over it, but still never got my papers.

Might be a few other things I forgot to mention or just totally forgot about.
PICTURES can be found BELOW. These are the most updated pictures as the car has not changed from that current condition. It has sat that was since the time of the pictures.
I do have 16" Rotas C8s in black with Toyo T1s that I may be willing to let go if the price is right. they were going to go on the car, but I used them on my other hatch before I sold it.
I need to get this car moved ASAP. I have no room for it. I want it out of my garage before I move. Please do not ask me if I will finish anything, such as paint, etc, as I do not have the time nor location to do so anymore. Understand that you are getting a top notch car that will make a great drag, circuit, DD for anyone with a little tender love. Also understand that the car is being SOLD AS-IS with no warranty extended. I am not saying anything is wrong with the car at all. I am just not having someone try to come back on me after an agreement is already made. I accept no responsibility for anything that you do with the car after it leaves my residence, as the car is then yours.
I DO have the TITLE ON HAND! Can be transferred immediate on payment, as there is a local women who will do so as long as its in her time constraints.
I cant stress enough this may very well be the cleanest hatch in the area. Everything on the body is OEM, no aftermarket junk. All the body work was completed by a man with 35 years of body tech experience. Everything was meticulously completed. there isnt very much "mud" on the car.
