Rough idle after driving for a while...?

My car started idleing rough after ive driven for about 30-45mins and then im sitting somewhere it will idle rough for 2-3 mins and then smooth out and then rough out again... any ideas?

Try adjusting your idling screw first.

where is the idle screw located??... i have a 96 btw.... my idle is out of whack...
