Default EF Sway bars

Which company stands out when it comes to building the best sway bars out there? For the EF only. I need something I will notice a major difference with!

I know of Suspension techniques, neuspeed, etc, etc.... does cusco build sways for the EF chassis?

ST bar is amazing...i bought it for my REX...wow. FOr example, there is a certain bump on the interchange coming home from work, and prior to the bar i would hit it at like 35 "traffic" and my back would kind of slide...now its no worries...i just drove it going like 60 two nights ago, no sliding at all...

Cusco I think makes a bar but probably way expensive, justs look i got mine with all good bushings and brackets for 100

Best isn't a term one can use for sway bars or most any part for that matter.

Alot of the good and widely used parts will be fine to use, depending what you want the car for as a drag car will want either no sways or diff sizing then on a road racing car or daily driver.

Everytime you post, you try to sell ****. which is why you keep getting banned.

To answer you're question though, I researched this a while ago. I was told to get the ST rear sway, but stick with a DX or Si front sway. This will actually produce better handling because the ST front sway would produce too much understeer. I don't know if this is true, because I never tried it.

http://www.summitracing.com has the front, rear, or a combo pack for good prices.

I got banned Tippy in the lude forum for sticking up for a customer that posted reviews/install on our products and was deleted...get it straight...

2nd I wasn't trying to sell my stuff...I was commenting about what is best for the buck and most effiecient way strengthening the car and eliminating shock tower movement...

Thanks for the quick replies guys. Well, I want a sway bar package that can handle road racing and not interrupt daily driving.

It looks like ST stands out a lot. I hit up some threads on here and so far so good.

Guys, no fighting please, I dont want my thread dropped. It's aiite though, I'm open to suggestions on upgrades.

Anyone else?

There are some bad streets around here and I know I'll benefit from them. Also, I've noticed my car needs them badly as whenever I take some nasty turns on on-ramps, my car doesn't steer aggressively.

Many people will like the setup that Tippy man brought up, i've used it myself and enjoyed it.

Just incase a refresher is needed stock front bar + ST rear.

let me reiterate what other ppl are saying.

dont buy an aftermarket front swaybar. its a waste of money and worse for performance. just get a rear swaybar. and get a stock front from the junkyard. theyre cheap...

BEST? mugen rear 22mm fits like stock.)

My DX was equipped with a front sway bar but it's starting to rust, so I was hoping of replacing it, but I might reconsider and just take the advice.

Rear is certain I will get.

Anyone had any experiences with the neuspeed? Eibach or Comptech?

Thanks again for the fast replies guys! I might just get the rear one this pay check!

If I do stay stock on the front, I might fork over a little more cash for the JDM stuff.

You might want to hold out till ASR makes one for the ef its in the works it might be done by now. Here is the DA one, since the stock da bar fits the crx this might fit as well, a real nice unit.

Does it use the stock brackets? if it does, sure its the best till you rip the brackets in half, I ripped the stock brackets in half during auto-x with a 19mm bar(that was mounted to the stock brackets, it was even reinforced with steel welded to the back but ripped right around the bolts like it was made out of a tin can Im using some custom made brackets with a 25mm bar now

That ASR piece looks wicked!!!

I wouldn't recommend wasting money on a rear sway until you really drive your car to see if you need it. I track my CRX and I still don't run a rear sway. With my Omni rates switched to run the 12's in the rear, my *** end rotates beautifully (especially with my little factory hf front sway). I was cutting under people all day on the long turn 7 at Infineon and getting right back up on the people who were understeering through there.

I guess if your suspension sucks then a rear sway would help though...
