Default F22B2, Adjustable Cam Gears

SOHC non V-TEC, I got a set of adjustable cam gears. Anyone have a suggestion of what kind of advancement I should use for good power? I'm just running I/E at the moment, I was thinking 2 or 3 degrees advance.

This is new cam gear with serrations incorporated in its design to eliminate slippage. I know this has been an issue for tuners like myself, and hopefully this is an excellent solution for D, B, H and F engines. It's pretty flossy too.

Most SOHC cams require 2 degree advance (coincidental, I guess), but the best way to dial cams in is to degree them in: http://www.webcamshafts.com/pages/degreeing.html

i was thinking about the same thing but i have just an intake. I was looking at getting a different cam too, because i told i'd have more power made that way.
