Here is the info about the event.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the interest in sharing one of our Track events.
Based on our costs, it comes comes to about $2400/day. This includes the
track rental, additional insurance to cover all the group, cornerworkers,
etc. If instructors would be needed for any of your group, this cost would
also have to be factored in. If this is too much for your group (don't
know the size) we would be willing to work out a sliding scale the the
number of participants..such as a 5-9 person discount of 10%, 10 or more
15%, etc,. and run the 3 sessions as usual just adding your folks in. For
the <U>Honda Group session</U>, we would require a 50% deposit 30 days in advance
if you're wanting the single run group. If your group is small and would
like the %age discount, payments can be made individually prior to the
event, however, if less that expected persons sign up then the discount
will be based on the actual number of participants. If you have any

I don't know if I'll have the car track ready by April, but I'm down for the Sept.

 

hmmm would be a nice test/tune for my car...

 

Anyone else, chime in and we can make a list.........see what we can do for at least cheaper track time.

Why not April 20th?

I'm game for the April event, even if we don't get our own run group. I've wanted to do CMP since I went there for WTDR Expo 1.

 

kool, we would need to send half to hold the track in late Feb/March. BMW club wanted its own run group too, so we need to get a real number of people to see if 1 or 2 events.

Keep the votes coming.........All we need to do is determine if we want just the discounts for 20% off and have everyone in different run groups, or if we really want just a Honda Group.

Almost seems better to have us mixed into the hold track event, but if would be sweet to be on track together, that way we are off track together.....chillin.

Let me know, this seems like a good time no matter what we choose

Yup! Even if there wasn't track time involved... But that only makes this better

But are you going to try to keep this an OG session, or at least with a certain standard of driving,,, so the HC / Instructor level guys don't kill anyone that is slower?

20 people : 2 days of 12-10 lap sessions for the weekend $240.00

25 people: $192.00

15 people: $320.00

i don't see why we couldn't get 25+ people easy to sign up and make it even cheaper

however, getting people to pay for regular expo is like pulling teeth

haha me too, but the 40 bucks for the food and banquet is alittle different than the 300 for the track

I could probably do the September. Hoping to get to Putnam this spring, VIR in June and then CMP in the fall. That would be great....
