Default B18b1 swap in 4 door civic, not starting after fuel and spark...

Allright guys, if your reading this throw in your opinion.

I just put a b18b1 in my 1988 civic sedan.
I bought the wiring harness from rywire.com, it's plug and play.
I am running a chipped p06 by phearable.net.
The car is getting spark, I tested all four wires just to be safe, spark on all four.
The car is also getting fuel, as I smell it, and the plugs are soaked.
I put a new SUN timing belt on the motor, I believe it is installed correctly.

What are some issues here?

If it matters, the motor does have many aftermarket upgrades.

Crower 404's
ITR p73-00 pistons....etc

Can a car get fuel and spark and not start?

I have not done a compression test yet, but...I am almost possitive it has good compression.

Thanks for your help.

In the morning, I am going to double check the timing belt install. I believe it is dead on, but it is possible that I am dead on, on the exuast stroke.

just finished a swap wit same problem, your timing is off.. either be positive its on or have a pro time it. anymore than one to two teeth off and it will just crank over.
