Eibach also has an oe replacement style damper like those as well and they come with a million mile warranty. They are only $258 at Shox.com

I'm thinking I'm going to try these out. They are advertised as having shortened bodies, but I would like to know how much they are shortened..

i dont mean to disapoint you guys but a friend of mine has these and his ride is really shitty, they bottum out alot and dont handle that well, personally id go with koni/gc or bilstein/gc depending on if u want adjustments. but im not to expiernced with suspension so dont take my word as gold.

I'd like to know (using such an inconclusive comment that could potentially hurt business) where this info comes from? These have been on the market for less then 3 weeks... of which at least a week and a half was spent just getting to the S2 Dealers.

How can one formulate such an opinion so quickly? Assuming he bought them the day they hit the dealer’s hands and installed them right away?

The S2 Sport Shocks are Non-Adjustable and come w/ Urethane bump stops.

We chose Non Adjustable Shocks because the majority of consumers purchase the least expensive option 9 out of 10 times. Customers may want the "Adjustable" product but reality and facts (market research) show Non-Adjustable variations out sell the alternative.

as i said earlier dont take my word as gold. but i asked him what he was running because i didnt like his ride at all, and that was what he told me, ill find out the spring rate, and ask him again if these are the shocks he got, cause i understand how one persons word can affect the decisions of other if they are telling the truth or not. but i also feel that if i have a bad expiernce with something im going to atleast let others know about it so they can decide for themselves.

I totally agree... and as a consumer myself and being on here as a friend and fellow enthusiast, I can appriciate the feed-back.

It's a big difference however when you repeat something without the facts. Tell one person in a room of ten a good bit of gossip and by the time it gets back to you... it's a whole other story.

I dont doubt the story... it's the time line that does not add up. Might not be these shocks?
