Ok here is the deal I really want to buy this s2000 steering wheel for my car. It is posted on Import classifieds here

Funny thing is they have the same pictures, same item description and both are offering the shift **** with the steering wheel. Seems a little fishy to me a little too much coincidence. Anyways, i email the seller on ebay and ask him if he is the same seller on import classifieds and he says no but he bought the guys car and is selling the wheel. Car found here

Here is what i have trouble comprehending. If you notice the Wheel sold on import classifieds is sold by the same guy selling the car on import classifieds. I asked him questions about the wheel and he responded as if he was selling it. How can 2 different people have it and how does the guy on ebay have it if the car is still up for auction? Let me know what you guys think I really want this steering wheel but man does this sound fishy or what??

 

also if you notice in the picture it is the exact same picture, same key chain but how is it that it is two different sellers?

 

If it doesn't feel right don't do it, better safe then sorry, also looks to me that cars still for sale... not only that but the steering wheel is advertised as part of the package.. seems way too weird to me. I wouldn't chance it.

yeah it does sound really weird, I could have swore the guy that owns that car post on here. maybe he can clear things up.

the seller on import classifieds "Phobichnga" is a user here. I remember when he put pictures of that wheel here.

The desriptions are the same, so I would bet the sellers are the same. Doesnt seem very weird to me. People post stuff for sale in multiple places all the time.

I would only place a bid on ebay though. You are actually protected there and protected by a company that has been in business for a while. I wouldnt trust import classifieds to protect you.

 

well i thought of that and i emailed the seller on ebay and he say he is a different guy from the one on import classifieds. but why not only the same picture but same exact description?
