Default SIR duckbill.....

Will the JDM 5th gen SIR duckbill wing mount to the USDM 96-97 Accords. I'm not sure if they made a wing for both 94/95 and 96/97 but I am considering buying one and I'm not sure if it will fit my 96.

Thanks

they did make two different style wings. i think the 96 style looks better but i know the 94 style can be used on 96 with slight mod, so i assume the 96 style could be used on older accord rear end as well..

94-95 can fit the 96-97 with some mod but the 96-97 won't fit the 94-95 due to the tail light setup.

96-97 SIR wings are EXTREMELY hard to come by. Prolly the toughest JDM Accord part to find. Almost impossible. I just found one over the summer after 3+ years of looking

That is exactly what I was looking for, Thanks.
It does look a little funny on the 96/97, what does everyone else think?

Actually I do have the wing posted in this picture but I have a 96 Accord. You guys say that with some modification it will fit the 96, correct?. Because the pic that was posted by SuShiBoiiii shows a different lip wing. I do not know if it's authentic but there is an extension that protrudes downward and stops next to the taillights on the trunk. I have aligned my wing up to my trunk, and it does come pretty close but I'm not positive because there are still some mounting screws on it and I can not line it up flush.

Okay, at first I was under the impression that the 94/95 spoiler looked the same as the 96/97. Now I know different and belive the spoiler I have just might not mount up to my 96 I am begining to wish I had bought a 95.
