Hard to say how many miles i bought it on ebay dec 2004 i installed feb 05 took it off jun 06.i used it for about 10,000. I had the nose cone rebuilt sept 06 . 0 miles on it since noise cone rebuild. was going to put it back on but found a ls swap at a smokin deal.yes everything except a intake gasket .

goes between air temp sensor and ecu , it reads boost and tells the computer that the intake charge is colder than it really is to more fuel. i did not use this because it did not come with the s/c when i bought it. i had no problems with not having it on.
